Apply by hand or sponge while showering or bathing. Rinse well with water. Suitable for everyday use, all over the body.

Best find ever

This has been a lifesaver. The only product I have been able to use in this area. It has actually helped with perimenopausal symptoms in this area. No more irritation, itch , burn. I use it on other areas of my body also like under my bra line in the summer time. Wish I had this 30 years ago. My daughter now uses it and I tell everyone about it.
